Wow! Over the years I have gotten accustomed to lowering my expectations but there was no need to in this case! Boy did Sheds Lake Norman deliver! David worked with us to execute exactly what we were looking for, quoted us a fair price and finished the project early! I love my new shed! Do not hesitate to hire them!

I just had as (He/She) Shed built and we absolutely LOVE it! I spoke with Dave a couple of time which I wasn't sure about hiring some one from facebook because the last 2 times was not good. But After talking with Dave and he continued to reassure me that they would do a good job and I would get what I wanted. My husband and i wanted a 10X24 Shed with a porch down the side and at the back. This would give me my space to do crafts and my husband would have space to put the mower etc. Dave built a wall inside separating the two areas. The shed has 2 windows and 3 doors. We are extremely happy with the out come. The Guys took their time and built the shed the way it should be built! We are very pleased!

LOVE my new shed!! Working with Dave and his crew was a pleasure, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, & most of all trustworthy. They didn't ask me for a penny until the job was completed! They kept my yard clean; were truly respectful about not smoking on my property or playing loud music, and they even gave me the left over wood for my fire pit. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family, and will be using their services again in the future for a new deck! Awesome job guys!!!

We needed a shed to store our new golf cart and other trailer related stuff. But the location where we wanted it was a tight space behind our house on a slope. I had one other shed builder come take a look at the location and they said they couldn't do it. David took a look and said sure, we can do that. And they did! The guys did a fantastic job, were courteous, cleaned up the site and got the job done quicker than expected. David and his crew were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality shed built.

I had a 16x16 shed built by Lake Norman after many days of riding around looking for a "deliver and set up" shed. Having it built on-site, it was cheaper and it was built better than the others. David was great to deal with, he was professional and polite. Two weeks after they were done he called me to ask if I were missing a particular tool. One of his guys accidentally picked it up by mistake and he called me trying to return it. I didn't even know at this time I was missing it yet, that's the sort of integrity I want working for me. Stop looking you won't find a better place and a better man to work with.

I cannot say enough great things! David is incredible responsive, patient and explains everything in detail! He started and finished right on time and we had ZERO issues! Our shed was custom designed and looks amazing!!! Highly recommend using this team for your next project!!!!

Amazing guys, handled the permit, she'd built in 2 days, for a 10 x 20 at what Home Depot or Lowes would charge for a 10 x 12. Highly recommend and will have them out again!

I want to let everybody know that the two guys that built my building were so awesome and done a wonderful job. They were very professional and clean about their appearance. They both were respectful to us. Very reasonable prices I would recommend them to anyone. They went over and beyond to make us happy.
